Domestic Collections

Items will be collected anytime between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM on the selected day.

Items must be ready for collection by  9:30 AM

We require the item to be outside your property when the team arrive to collect.

The item/s must be dry and under a cover if raining (if the mattress is soaked we will be unable to remove it and there will be no refund).

You do NOT need to be present when the item/s are being collected.

If Fridge/Freezers are in the collection, each item must be outside and defrosted, empty and dry on the inside. If not, they will not be removed and there will be no refund.

If the collection address is between 12-17 miles away from the recycling facility (NG9 6AA), this will incur an additional £15 out of range transport fee. 

No refund or rescheduling is possible if items are not in the agreed place between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM on the agreed day of collection.
