Refund policy

Rescheduling is free before 3:00 PM on the day before the scheduled collection.

A full refund is given if the booking is cancelled by 3:00 PM on the day before the scheduled collection.

A £5.00 admin fee will be applied to reschedule the collection between 3:00 PM on the day before the scheduled collection until 9:30 AM on the day of the scheduled collection.

A 80% refund is given if the booking is cancelled before 9:30 AM on the day of scheduled collection.

No refund or rescheduling of the original booking is possible after 9:30 AM on the day of scheduled collection.

No refund is possible if the items are not in the agreed location between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM on the day of scheduled collection.
